Remember that it is your duty and responsibility to work out issues on your own and that this avenue of problem-solving should be an action of "last resort".
All correspondence is private and confidential between you and the Ombudsman/Ombudsman Committee. This eform goes directly to the elected Ombudsman 1st to be reviewed and investigated (if necessary).
